My points do not register, even though the trips show up. The My Driving section has never been populated. It seems like there is no connection between this app and Allstates website. There are some layout issues. For example, when a phone call is on in the background, the green bar pushes things down such that the navigation controls at the bottom are not entirely visible. The Contact Us form doesnt work. The support number is always busy.

I am concerned that this app looks for more data than it needs. It is difficult to ensure that you turn it off when you are not driving especially if you are riding with someone else. The battery drain is amazing. I four hours, it sucked 57% of my battery and the phone was stationary the entire time.

App needs some work but the possibility of savings are going to be great!

Does the app need to be opened every time I drive or does it automatically register that Im driving I its own?

First, too much app for Allstate! Please put everything in one app! Second, each u r a passenger in someone elses car, u need to "mute" the app or it will record the trip! Lol very logical!

iPhone states this app only consumes 1% of my battery. Great work, Drivewise team!

My husband and I both have this app. We were told that it was "smart" enough to know when we are driving together and only count the trip once. Not only is that incorrect, but the trip data is so inaccurate that it will reflect different data, errors and events on each of our apps for the exact same trip. And the trip data reflected on the app doesnt Mach the trip data provided on the website. All of this reduces the reward percentages that users are really entitled too. Its pretty shady and should be fixed!

Do something that you begin/start a trip for the app and GPS to run. And let it all be turned off. It killllllls the phone battery. The free charger is a nice idea but w/e it doesnt help me when Im away from the car and all the background stuff is still eating away at my phone. ---- Stopped using. The data I see on my recorded trips.. Doesnt match the stats... Its bad info. Fix it.

Love that you can earn points but Ive gotten 9 alerts that all say the same thing (+93.77 Points) in the past 2 hours. Once is enough! "Braking too hard" seems to be too sensitive during what I consider normal driving. I once had to literally slam on my brakes when someone pulled out in front of me and it didnt go off.

In past 7 days, 38 % of battery was consumed by drivewise in the background even though I did not drive a lot during this period of time. Is there any way it can be fixed?

Currently every time I attempt to open the app, it freezes and crashes. Otherwise, when its working I do like it.

This app kills battery life. I guess you would imagine it might since it runs in the background but I didnt think it would as much as it does.

Notifications are turned off in my phones settings but I still get them from the app several times a day. And theyre all the same notification telling me I have the same amount of rewards. If you can follow my driving so well with this app fix your notifications too.

When I put the app in standby mode it still uses background GPS. When I standby there is no need to use GPS, please turn off background locations when standby is on!

My password is more than 10 characters but app Password field is allowing only 10 characters.

Please fix bad battery drain!

I have tried multiple times to redeem my rewards and it ALWAYS says not working try later! Please fix on app so it ls easy to redeem your rewards!!

Ive been using Allstates Drivewise for almost a year. It works well and does what its supposed to do. But your iPhones battery will pay for it. On a typical day of checking and sending emails and text messages; reading a few websites and social media, including a few videos; checking my investments and reading newspapers, Drivewise when set to run in the background so it was ready to record my trips, represented a third of my battery usage.

When you try to look at the rewards it says the service is temporarily unavailable. I tried to use the "contact us" tab and submit the problem but got the same message.

Cash savings since Im an Allstate customer is nice but other rewards are useless. Wish rewards were useful and could be used without having to pay money.
