So my agent told me about it so I downloaded app and began accumulating points however make sure your agent has officially signed you up through Allstate bc I lost all my points when that happened after having it a couple of weeks essentially starting over. After I started over getting more points I received multiple alerts that I had about $73 in reward cash but recently it was cut in half and not sure why. Customer service is lacking with their responses in email and on phone. I also agree with the other reviewer who said the trip gauge was not accurate with hard braking/ speeds but what are ya gonna do? I mean at least Ill get some money off my premium so its worth it- just turn off all the notifications.
