Frustrating

Initiates on approximately one-third of my trips, then actually records maybe one-fourth. Have to turn phone completely off to restart, then it MAY register the trip. Spoken to IT rep several times. Uninstalled, reinstalled, with no change. Sign up for it, get the initial 10% rebate, then turn it off.
